David is passionate about keeping healthy, he tries to do an hour of something each morning !
After witnessing good friends at work both in London and in the USA falling ill, he wanted to try and make a difference. "There just isn't enough education on keeping healthy as you get older - it's all for the 18-30 crew. Silver foxes become less important but we still have so much to give"
