Brett originally from New Zealand, travelled and worked in the USA and Asia. Settled in the UK for now.

Much like David, Brett likes to maintain a semblance of activity but with little structure. 

Having talked to David on many a school run we established that we had a similar outlook towards a healthy future.

My Start to the day

  • COFFEE !

  • Glass of Water

Exercise

  • Exercise - fairweather runner, summer every other day, Winter every 2 - 4 days

Breakfast

  • Post run porridge and coffee

  • Toast and poached eggs, coffee

Learning

  • Enjoys reading online, newspapers and books

Snacks and Drinks

  • Post run, vitamin tablets

  • Coffee

  • Custard tarts

  • Crisps

Stretching

  • Wake up - Stretch back and legs 5 - 10 mins

  • Post run stretch 

Favourite gadgets

  • Fixed wheel bike

lunch and dinner

  • Leftovers

  • Ham and Cheese toasties

  • Quiche and salad, slow cooked casserole type meals

  • Barbecues, weather permitting

  • Roasts

Sleep

  • Fall asleep on the couch 9.30pm

  • In bed by 10.30pm

  • Wake up 4.30am and 5.30am
